The Challenge
Before partnering with Upscalix, Straddles faced significant challenges. Their website and services were not yet available, and the service flow was incomplete. The decision to use WordPress as the platform of choice meant our development team had to employ custom coding to adjust to certain features.
The Solution
For Straddles, we built a user-friendly company profile website and main dashboard for the buyer and seller to see their transactions. One of the key features we implemented was real-time notifications, ensuring that users are always informed about their transactions. Our team also helped Straddles to complete the service flow that was incomplete. As Straddles had specific requirements, we used custom coding to meet their needs. However, for the requirements that could not be met, we provided an alternative approach to the client.
The Results
Straddles now makes second-hand vehicle transactions more manageable for both buyers and sellers. Buyers can create an account on the Straddles website and invite sellers to join the transaction while entering the transaction details. After confirmation, the buyer transfers the payment to Straddles, and the seller sends the vehicle. Once the buyer accepts the vehicle, the payment is released to the seller, ensuring a smooth and secure process for both sides.
