The Challenge
Our client dealt with and prevented the contamination area. They found it difficult when many inspection requests come up altogether. Complex and troublesome inspection procedures, lack of staff, and disorganised data report and storage worsened the condition, becoming a barrier to an effective workflow. They needed a tool to provide real-time data and present it to many people in real-time.
The Solution
The existence of the CRC app facilitated our client to provide integrated data for many people, promoting productivity and time-saving. They also could have a more effective and efficient workflow because they knew which site should be prioritised.
The Results
We created a web app that had separated apps inside it: mineCARE, irCARE, riskCARE, and rankCARE applications. This app could store and present the data to many related parties in real-time.
