The time difference between Australia and Indonesia generally poses no significant challenge to collaboration. Our developers are accustomed to aligning their working hours with Australian business hours. This means our team will start and finish their workday in sync with your schedule, ensuring seamless real-time communication and immediate responsiveness during your operational hours. Furthermore, for critical deployments or urgent tasks, we are fully prepared to arrange prolonged working hours to meet project demands and deadlines effectively.

When you hire a jQuery developer through Upscalix, your costs are streamlined and transparent. You will only be responsible for the agreed-upon contract fee. We comprehensively cover all associated overheads, including:

• Developer Compensation & Benefits: This includes their salary, benefits, and any necessary insurance.
• Equipment & Infrastructure: We provide all necessary devices, reliable internet connectivity, and a conducive working environment.
• Talent Management & Wellbeing: We proactively manage our talent’s satisfaction and provide ongoing support, minimising attrition and ensuring their peak performance.

This ‘all-inclusive’ model eliminates the hidden costs and administrative burdens typically associated with direct hiring, allowing you to focus purely on your project’s success.

Absolutely! We strongly encourage and are fully equipped to facilitate the hiring of a complete team of jQuery developers. Engaging a team simultaneously often proves to be a more economical and efficient approach for larger or more complex projects. Many of our clients initially start with a single hire to evaluate our services and then progressively expand their team with additional developers from Upscalix—a testament to the quality and value we provide

Client satisfaction is our top priority. In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with a developer’s performance or fit, you can request a replacement. Our dedicated talent managers are available year-round to promptly assist you with this process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing a suitable alternative that meets your expectations without unnecessary delays.
